        • Compact Heli-Bevel Reducer- Rollomax is driven by a special Heli-Bevel gear box operating at 85% efficiency rates, ensuring high power savings.
        • Variable Speed- The table/hood speed can be varied by the unique intermediate V-belt drive arrangement making it highly flexible.
        • Moving Hood- Rollomax incorporates a stationary table and moving hood designed to withstand high load during rolling. The top and bottom edges of the jacket are reinforced for extra strength.
        • Increased Eccentricity- Ensures better and superior quality rolling.
        • Automatic Pressure Cap*– Electro-pneumatic pressure cap has been introduced for the first time. In this system, the pressure cap can be pre-programmed with a programmable cyclic timer as per individual (PLC) manufacturing styles. This ensures uniform rolling pressure for better quality teas and also reduces labour.
        • Table Design- The Rollomax is available with Asymmetric Well with sliding door or Battens & Cone with a Drop Door. Material of construction can be SS or wood for the table.
        • SS Hood- The hood is made of superior quality corrosion-proof stainless steel. This ensures better hygiene and reduces wear & tear.
        • Pneumatic Controls*- The sliding door and drop door opening and closing are automated with pneumatic cylinders.
        • Superior Quality Drive Components- Cranks, gears and other vital components are made of high quality alloy steel to ensure longer life and trouble-free performance.
